Yesterday, June 16 2011, the Fox-IT GSM Security symposium 2011 took place. National and international speakers shared their vision on GSM security. The CTO of our German partner Secusmart presented how to make secure voice calls. Vodafone has shared details on GSM security from a carrier perspective. The well known German security researcher Karsten Nohl has shared details about intercepting GSM communications and provided a live demonstration.
