Before joining Fox-IT, Mark worked as auditor and manager at one of the ‘Big Four’ international business service providers. His work there also included Internet security. There, he was more technically minded than most of his colleagues. ‘The opposite is true at Fox-IT. Here I am surrounded by IT technicians, and that is something that I find really appealing.”

Mark’s main job at Fox-IT is to organize and supervise audit projects. In this context, it is important to understand clients’ exact requirements, down to the smallest detail. “It is crucial that we achieve this level of understanding before we start work on a new assignment. A needle-sharp focus is what enables us to perform our work to the client’s full satisfaction. The intake interviews also provide a lot of information, both for us and for our clients. In the course of those interviews we point out issues to people that they often have never previously considered.”
